The holster hanger comes with all necessary hardware and tools to install your favorite Kydex holster using the Blade-Tech 3-bolt pattern. It fits 1.5″ belts and uses two metal straps to secure it. We have threaded holes on the back of the belt attachment and the ladder (picatinny rail) for spacer pads.
* Pre-assembled for either left or right hand. Hanger is 100% ambidextrous.
