Due to the passage of California Assembly Bill 1263 and Senate Bill 704, new regulations regarding the sale and shipment of firearm parts took effect on January 1, 2026. To continue purchasing firearm parts from SSI Inc., California residents must complete the following steps:
- Review the Regulations: Please ensure you understand the requirements of Assembly Bill 1263 and Senate Bill 704 before submitting an order.
- Submit Identification: Email a photo of the front and back of your valid California Driver’s License or State ID to admin@speedshooter.com for age and address verification.
- Complete the Acknowledgement Form: Hand-sign and initial the attached Notice and Acknowledgement form. Please Do Not Type your information.
- Shipping Requirements: Orders will only be shipped to the address listed on your ID and require an adult signature upon delivery (additional fees apply).
- Barrel Shipments: California-legal barrels must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Please have your chosen dealer email a copy of their FFL to us. A signature is required upon delivery. (additional fees apply).

Once you have completed the attached acknowledgement form, please reply to this email along with a photocopy of your valid California ID. We will send a confirmation email once your documents are reviewed, including information regarding shipping costs for your order.
